Internal means that the iMacros program itself sets the value of the variable during program run. SET means that the user can set this value via the SET command inside a macro.
Examples
Copy the download location and file name to the !EXTRACT built-in variable:
ADD !EXTRACT {{!DOWNLOADED_FILE_NAME}}
Display the content of the built-in variable:
ONDOWNLOAD FOLDER=* FILE=* WAIT=YES TAG POS=3 TYPE=A ATTR=TXT:Download PROMPT {{!DOWNLOADED_FILE_NAME}}
